Your enquiry and privacy

HGA Lettings uses the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, discuss room availability and manage the waiting list. The forms collect your name, telephone number, email address, your nationality (only if you choose to give it), room or house preferences, your preferred move-in date, your answer to the right-to-rent question and any message you choose to send.

Please do not upload or include identity documents, bank details or other sensitive documents in your message. A form answer is not a completed right-to-rent check.

Enquiries and waiting-list entries are stored using Supabase in the London database region. Access to these records is restricted to approved staff accounts. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers also process technical information needed to deliver their services.

The room and house videos and photos on this website are hosted on this website itself, not on YouTube. They are short, silent clips that only load when you press play. We take care that published photos and videos do not show tenants, visitors or their belongings. If we ever embed a YouTube video, watching it would connect your browser to YouTube.

Each house page shows an embedded Google Map, and the "Open in Google Maps" links open Google Maps. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google, which has its own privacy policy.

To ask about your information, correct an enquiry or ask to be removed from the waiting list, contact contact@hgaholdings.co.uk. Please tell us which email address or telephone number you used on the form.
